Casino Night - Saturday 11th December 2010

Drinks reception at 7.30pm, served in the Drawing Room where you will be welcomed by your host.

Your 3 course dinner with tea and coffee will then be served in the restaurant. The Casino will then open at 10pm unitl 11.30pm, with a pianist playing in the Tower Bar till 12.00am.
Dinner Dance - Saturday 18th December 2010

Enjoy a "Welcome Drink" on arrival at 7.30pm, served in the Drawing Room.

Your 3 course festive dinner will then be served in the Terrace Restaurant with tea and coffee. Then party the night away with the hotel's DJ from 10.00pm – 12.00am.

Rates

Both evenings are priced at £109.50 per person, based on Dinner Bed and Breakfast, including reception drink and double occupancy. Early arrival on Friday and/or stay the Sunday night (in combination with the Saturday) £45.00 per person per night, based on Bed and Breakfast and double occupancy. Lake view surcharge of £12.00 per person. Single surcharge £40.00 per room per night.

Exclusive use

Exclusive use of Storrs Hall on other days of December and January are available. Package for these, incl. DJ, prices as above, based on double occupancy and the 30 rooms. The price for the non-residents is £45.00 per person. More events can be added to the stay, e.g. boat trip, casino, table magic, wine tastings. In January 2011, dates from 3rd January 2011, exclusive use £95.00 per person per night, based on double occupancy and 30 rooms, incl. DJ.

Private luncheons or dinners

Storrs Hall can hold luncheons or dinners in private rooms, up to various group sizes.

Terms and Conditions

Upon making a provisional booking, a confirmation letter together with a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, as follows:-

Party Night - £10.00 per person deposit
Accommodation - £50.00 per room
The hotel will in turn acknowledge and confirm your booking
Full and final payment for your party must be paid 6 weeks prior to the function; otherwise places will be offered for re-sale, without refund.
Amendments to bookings can only be made prior to payment of the final balance; thereafter no refunds will be made.
- Cancellations made over 12 weeks before function – deposits will be lost.
- Cancellations made less than 12 weeks before function will incur a charge of the total booking value as follows:-
  - 6 - 12 weeks - 50%
  - 3 - 6 weeks - 75%
  - Less than 3 weeks - 100%
Whilst every effort will be made to accommodate special seating arrangements, these cannot be guaranteed.
The hotel reserves the right to cancel any date. In these circumstances either an alternative date will be offered or you will be entitled to a full refund of any payments, but the hotel will have no further liability. Advertised artists are booked at the time of event promotion, circumstances out of our control may result in programme change without prior notice being given to guests.
