Terms and Conditions for Christmas & New Year Party Nights with English Lakes Hotels
Terms and Conditions
Upon making a provisional booking, a confirmation
letter, together with a non-refundable deposit is required to
secure your booking as follows:-
- Party Night - £10.00 per person deposit
- Accommodation - £50.00 per room
The hotel will in turn acknowledge and confirm your booking.
Full and final payment for your party must be paid 6 weeks prior
to the function, otherwise places will be offered for re-sale,
without refund.
Amendments to bookings can only be made prior to payment of the
final balance, thereafter no refunds will be made.
Cancellations made over 12 weeks - Deposits will be lost.
Cancellation made less than 12 weeks before will incur a charge
of the total booking value as follows:-
6-12weeks - 50% 3 - 6 weeks - 75% Less than 3 weeks - 100%
Whilst every effort will be made to accommodate special seating
arrangements, these cannot be guaranteed.
The hotel reserves the right to cancel any date. In these circumstances,
an alternative date will be offered or you will be entitled to
a full refund of any payments, but the hotel will have no further
liability.
