Rates are per person per night inclusive of Full English Breakfast, unlimited use of either our prestigious Low Wood Leisure Club and/or our
Sandpiper Leisure Club situated at Lancaster House, throughout the duration of your stay at your chosen hotel and VAT at 17.5%. All rates
are based on two adults sharing twin/double room. Dinner, lunch and all day menus are available at all our hotels.
Saturday night accommodation usually requires an additional night to be booked, i.e. Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday stays, however if you
do require a one-night Saturday night stay and can be flexible on dates, please call and ask. All rooms with a Lake View will incur a £10 per person per night supplement.
Children
Infants requiring a cot and sharing a room with 2 full paying adults are accommodated free of charge, for both their bed and breakfast. Children, 15 and under sharing a room with 2 full paying adults, are charged £15 each per night which includes breakfast. All children’s
evening meals are charged as taken from either the children’s or main menu. All children occupying their own room at The Waterhead and
The Famous Wild Boar will be charged the adult rate, whilst Low Wood charges £60 nightly per child to include breakfast, and Lancaster
House charges £50 per child nightly to include breakfast. Storrs Hall does not recommend the hotel for children under the age of 12.
Arrival & Departure Times
Bedrooms are usually available for occupation from 3pm on the day of arrival and we respectfully request that they are vacated by 11am on the day of departure.
Single Occupancy
Double rooms for single occupancy carry a supplement of £25 per room per night with the exception of Lancaster House, where the single occupancy supplement may be up to £50 at peak times.
Dogs
Well behaved dogs are welcome in the hotel with the exception of the public areas. Dogs must not be left unattended in bedrooms. The hotel charges 15 per dog per night, and must be notified at the time of booking.
Special Requirements
Please advise the hotel of any special dietary needs or other requirements you may have prior to arrival.
No Smoking
From 1st July 2007 all public areas and guest bedrooms will be non smoking.
