Low Wood Hotel
The tastefully modern Windermere Restaurant serves a selection of classic European dishes surrounded by the contrast of vibrant artwork of Viennese painter Gustav Klimt and traditional English oak wall panelling, sumptuous leather chairs and fine crystal ware and crockery. The recent renovations to the hotels Langdale lounge and bar have created a chic interior that takes informal dining to refreshing heights, sleek and elegant and designed to impress.
Low Wood’s new marina complex and Café del Lago, Mediterranean Bistro and coffee bar, provide an exquisite summertime alfresco dining experience with a spectacular view over Lake Windermere to the distant Langdale Pikes from their terraced outdoor seating area.

Windermere Restaurant table reservations
If you like to dine in the Windermere Restaurant and wish to reserve a table then please contact the Restaurant on telephone number: 015394 33338 to enquire about availability.
Friday and Saturday reservations available from 7.00pm with last orders being 9.45pm “ish”, Sunday through to Thursday excluding bank holiday Sundays, when reservation will be taken from 7pm.
We welcome Children in our restaurant ages 0 to 12 years of age, however would advise you that this is only up to the seating time of 7.30pm Friday and Saturday and 8pm Sunday through to Thursday.
Langdale Lounge and Bar
Provides hot beverages with the speciality being freshly ground coffee bean to cup barista style, ranging from the Americano to the luxurious white chocolate Mocha available every day from 10am.
During the day (12 noon – 7.30pm) contemporary dishes are created such as The Ultimate Steak Sandwich or the Spiced Chicken Fajita's.
In the evening the Langdale Lounge and Bar becomes a meeting point to enjoy a glass of Champagne from our extensive selection either by the bucket or glass. Alternatively you may wish to try a traditional handled pint of local real ale, and a bowl of fresh olives, whilst mulling over our sumptuous dinner menu.
Café del Lago
Our Bistro offers an alternative dining experience by the lake with particular emphasis on relaxing in continental surroundings inside or weather permitting, on the Lake fronted terrace.
Our Bistro opens from 10.30am enabling visitors or hotel residents to enjoy a morning coffee whilst reading the daily news or just revelling in the breathtaking scenery.
Luncheon (12 noon – 2.30pm)
An excellent selection of Italian dishes, or English fare is available every day from 12 noon..

Available from 12 noon every day is our Sam’s Club Bistro menu, catering for all taste and ages up to 12 years.
