Our house rooms have all the standard facilities expected; classic rooms are generally larger; feature rooms include extra features such as luxury bathrooms, canopy or four poster bed; luxury rooms are the best rooms available within the hotel.

The prices displayed show the lowest rate that may be available at certain times to the rate which may apply at peak times. To find the best rates available please use our online booking system, detailed above, or call the reservations numbers listed below.

Rates are per person per night inclusive of Full English Breakfast, unlimited use of either our prestigious Low Wood Leisure Club and/or our Sandpiper Leisure Club situated at Lancaster House, throughout the duration of your stay at your chosen hotel and VAT. All rates are based on two adults sharing twin/double room. Dinner, lunch and all day menus are available at all our hotels. Saturday night accommodation usually requires an additional night to be booked, i.e. Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday stays, however if you do require a one-night Saturday night stay and can be flexible on dates, please call and ask. All rooms with a Lake View will incur a £12 per person per night supplement (Please note the £12.00 supplement does not apply at the Waterhead in the Classic and Luxury and the Midland in the Feature and Luxury rooms, all rooms in those categories have Lake or Sea View).

Children

Children, 15 and under sharing a room with 2 full paying adults, are charged £20 each per night which includes breakfast. All children's evening meals are charged as taken from either the children's or main menu. Storrs Hall does not recommend the hotel for children under the age of 12. Children in their own room are charged at best available adult rate.

Arrival & Departure Times

Bedrooms are usually available for occupation from 3pm on the day of arrival and we respectfully request that they are vacated by 11am on the day of departure.

Single Occupancy

Double rooms for single occupancy carry a supplement of £30 per room per night.

Dogs

Well behaved dogs are welcome in the hotels with the exception of the public areas (Guide Dogs excluded). Dogs must not be left unattended in bedrooms, except during breakfast and dining. The hotel charges £25, up to 2 dogs, per stay (maximum - 4 nights), and must be notified at the time of booking.

Please advise the hotels of any dietary or any other special requirements you may have prior to arrival.

No Smoking

As from 1st July 2007 all public areas and guest bedrooms are non smoking.
