Low Wood Watersports Centre, with it's large lake frontage and extensive range of
equipment, is a great location for getting out on the water. Why not have a go
at waterskiing or wakeboarding? Learn to sail, or to paddle a kayak or canoe. Or
hire a boat and explore the lake yourself. All this set in one of the country's
most stunning locations, against an inspiring backdrop of the Lakeland fells.
At Low Wood we assure you of a great experience, not only derived from our

national governing body training techniques and our love of just messing about
in boats.
We offer excellent facilities, including ample free parking, changing rooms,
showers, equipment hire and an equipment and refreshment shop. So all you really
need to bring along is enthusiasm and a sense of adventure.
Low Wood Watersports Centre is a recognised training centre
for the Royal Yachting Association, British Canoe Union and British Water Ski,
and is registered with The Adventurous Activities Licensing Service as licensed
to provide specified activities under the following headings: watersports.
